Refund policy
Valiant Boutique LLC – Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned within the first 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Items returned between 15 and 30 days after delivery will receive store credit only.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (see Section 4 below).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
1. Email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item(s) back using your preferred shipping method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds and Store Credit
- Items returned within 14 days: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Items returned between 15 and 30 days: Eligible for store credit only.
- Items returned after 30 days: Not accepted.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items
- Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item:
- Please return the original item.
- Place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [insert email]
- Please include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will provide a pre-paid return label and send a replacement (if available)
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary
